WHAT WE DO FOR PARTS MANAGERS
NADPE is a Dealer-To-Dealer cloud-based marketplace that allows you as the Parts Manager to trade away your Slow-Moving, Idle, and Obsolete parts inventory, for Fast-Moving, Active parts inventory you sell everyday. The trades are done between dealers of the same brand within your region, using the massive data we collect from each dealership. We effectively present bulk matches for your Slow-Moving Parts to be reallocated, and redistributed to the right dealers – but not without your review and approval first. Imagine if you only knew what you could move between other dealers in volume, and without the work of collecting the data to find out.
HOW IT WORKS
We take all the dealers within our network, and cross-match your Slow-Moving inventory with the Fast-Moving inventory data of every dealer in our database – finding bulks matches. We are similar to Match.com – but for Parts Inventory.
All the parts you wish you could return to the manufacturer, and can’t, with the lack of Parts Return Allowance, NADPE supplements your ability to move just as much with other dealers in your region. Many dealers use NADPE to essentially double their return dollars, and use NADPE in tandem with their Manufacturer’s return program.
Unlike any other option available to Parts Manager’s in the industry, NADPE allows you to exchange those Idle Parts for dealer cost, without losing a single penny.
You have full control to define which parts are which. Essentially you split your parts inventory into two buckets – Slow Moving, and Fast Moving. From there, we’ll cross-match those buckets of data with every other dealer’s buckets of parts inventory data.
NADPE will present you Matches from other dealers. You have control to review, and decrease quantities you would like to trade. NADPE only charges a fee on the value of an approved transaction on the cost of the parts traded.
THE PROCESS IS EASY
To get started it’s as simple as filling out an application form. Typically, within 3-5 business days your account is live.
There is no term contracts, membership or listing fees. The only fees are a 5.99% transaction fee based on total parts cost traded away, and calculated off the transaction you approve. Depending on which DMS a dealer has, some dealers need to cover the cost of the DMS parts inventory data feed, as it’s not 100% subsidized by NADPE. The monthly cost of a DMS data feed is incredibly reasonable, and makes less work for you with updated On-Hand Quantities, and Pricing updates nightly. Parts inventory is a living thing, so we can keep up to date with your inventory. The DMS data feed costs as much as coffee and donuts for your parts staff each month. CAPTURING YOUR PARTS INVENTORY
Your parts inventory data is captured automatically from your DMS and sent to us nightly. As the Parts Manager you will establish your own parameters on how your parts inventory data is sorted, and split into buckets – Slow Moving Parts to get rid of, and Fast Moving Parts to trade for. We make this super easy. Not to worry if your are a GMC RIM dealer or a Chrysler ARO dealer. We support and exempt RIM and ARO protected parts automatically from being presented as Slow-Moving parts to trade away.

Currently we support GMC, Chrysler, and Ford OEM Dealers across the United States and Canada. We plan to launch into more brands in 2018.
