The best investment is an investment in yourself. If you want to move up the food chain, you have to take on the task of learning more yourself. Its unusual for someone to invest in you, before you invest in yourself. Kind of like hiring a bookkeeper before they train to be a bookkeeper. Nobody would do that…and you’re no different.
